Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Assist in promoting salon services and products through social media and word-of-mouth. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive salon environment. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology license in the state of Pennsylvania. Proven experience as a hairstylist in a salon setting. Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Creative mindset with a passion for hairstyling and customer service. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Basic knowledge of salon management software is a plus.
