Job Overview High-end, fast-paced medical spa specializing in Botox, fillers, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are the only Allergan Top 250 provider in Rhode Island and also support operations for a sister location in Denver, CO. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-friendly team member to assist with front desk operations, marketing, and inventory management, must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays, with the option for Sunday hours.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones, responding to messages, and assisting clients with scheduling. Managing and organizing inventory for medical and office supplies. Assisting with marketing campaigns, including email and social media promotions. Utilizing Google Sheets and Excel for data entry, tracking inventory, and reporting. Supporting both the Rhode Island and Denver locations remotely as needed.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in Google Sheets and Excel (experience with inventory tracking is a plus!) Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment. Familiarity with email marketing, social media, or CRM platforms is a plus. Reliable and available to work Fridays & Saturdays, with the option for Sunday hours. Why Join Us?
