Job Description

Position Summary The Lot Attendant helps deliver an outstanding customer experience by keeping the Auto Spa property, wash bay, parking lot, landscaping, and fuel islands clean, safe, and welcoming. This hands-on role includes routine cleaning, basic equipment checks, and prompt reporting of any safety concerns. Starting @ $16.00 and hour What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with membership and wash questions, and sell Auto Spa memberships Clean and visually inspect the wash bay, vacuums, and shampoo stations for safe, normal operation Keep the parking lot, sidewalks, entrances, and landscaped areas clean and free of litter and hazards Empty trash containers and maintain dumpster/waste areas Keep fuel islands and pump areas clean, stocked, and safe (where applicable) Respond promptly to spills or hazards using approved safety procedures; report anything unsafe to management Complete daily inspection and cleaning checklists What We're Looking For Able to follow written checklists, instructions, and safety procedures Comfortable working outdoors and around customer traffic with a friendly, service-first attitude Dependable, detail-oriented, and a good teammate Prior car wash, facility, retail, or custodial experience is a plus but not required — we provide training Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift cleaning supplies and equipment Work outdoors in varying weather, near vehicle traffic, water spray, and cleaning products Wear required uniform and personal protective equipment
