Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, providing a physical massage to customers inside of their dedicated sauna and attending to the dedicated sauna location. The Spa Attendant will also be trained in our traditional Korean Body Scrubbing service for our customers.

TRAINING WILL BE AT THE BUSINESS.

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with information about spa services and products. Completing a satisfactory service with our traditional Korean Body Scrub. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure all products are readily available for guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing guest interactions. We are offering a full-time position at our spa, training for the Korean Body Scrub position will be included and paid. Pay is monthly, starting pay is $4,000/month +tips ($500-$900). Training is 3-4 weeks; pay is $500 weekly. Once certified as a body scrub attendant, pay will increase to a $3,500-$4,000/ month.
