In this role, you will specialize in shaping and defining eyebrows through expert threading techniques, creating polished and natural looks for our clients. Your enthusiasm for beauty and dedication to customer satisfaction will help clients feel confident and beautiful. Responsibilities Perform precise eyebrow threading to shape and sculpt eyebrows according to client preferences and facial features Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized recommendations Maintain a clean, sanitized work area following all health and safety standards, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment Educate clients on eyebrow care, maintenance, and related beauty services such as waxing or makeup application when appropriate Assist with retail sales of skincare, makeup, or beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Manage appointment scheduling using salon software systems like MINDBODY or similar platforms Support the team with additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or dermal fillers if certified and trained Requirements Proven experience in hair threading with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and shaping techniques Knowledge of salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

for booking and client management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations Certification or training in cosmetology, esthetic laser treatment, body waxing, or related beauty fields is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or botulinum toxin treatments is a plus Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that energizes both clients and team members Join us as an Eyebrow Threader and be part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing natural beauty!
