  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls
  • Operate our infrared sauna for clients
  • Assist massage therapists with swapping out rooms between appointments
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception/laundry area
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
