Description Job Overview:
8:30am-5pm The Wardrobe Attendant assists employees with obtaining/receiving clean/dirty uniforms. Uses automated valet system to organize and distribute uniforms. Inventories and stores uniform stock.Purpose:

- Must have a winning attitude and desire to come to work
- Assists with the training of new attendants as we grow
- Uses Auto Valet and computer systems to access, enter, and delete uniform / employee information
- Interacts with employees, maintaining a professional, service oriented demeanor
- Assists in providing day to day direction with all responsibilities of wardrobe room to employees, receiving dry cleaning, maintaining and stocking inventory
- Inspects uniforms for tears or areas of repair; Notifies employee and makes arrangements with Seamstress to have repairs made
- Operates washer /dryer when necessary; Operates iron to ensure uniforms or accessories are creased and crisp
- Capable and willing to learn to operate industrial Steam Presser if needed
- Keeps accurate and timely inventory counts / records and provides Manager with updates
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
(please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- Advanced computer experience- required
- Basic sewing skills (a skills test will be administered) - required
- Must be willing and able to lift, carry, bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including week-ends and holidays
- Must be able to operate the automated Auto Valet, (experience with this system or one similar) is preferred but not required
- Must adhere to operating department standards and customer service standards; have the desire to provide internal customers (employees) excellent level of service
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
