Dock Attendant

This position is full time. Position is out of South Los Angeles. Propane handling experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. Salary based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be available to work on weekends and/or holidays
• Will make sure dock is open/close at the assigned hours
• Assists customers with Propane Gas Fill-ups
• Manages dock transactions; credit cards, and cash sales
• Experienced with managing paperwork and details of all transactions
• Maintains a clean work areas including (sweeps, dusts, mops and other cleaning function as needed and assigned)
• Takes initiative when needed and volunteers ideas to improve processes, customer satisfaction and other things without losing the companies best intentions
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Follows all safety rules and concerns at all times

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Reliable and Hard worker
• Doesn't mind getting dirty
• Strong organization skills
• General reading and writing in English
• Basic arithmetic skills; adding, subtraction, multiplying, etc.
• Strong motivation skills
