SALES SUPPORT POSITION

Responsibilities Maintaining sales floor to visual standards Taking Merchandise from fitting rooms and returning it back to the sales floor Supporting the sales team with stock checks and size needs Thinking with a Customer first mentality Maintaining stockroom merchandiseensuring that all garments are sized, neat and orderly Keeping fitting rooms clear of merchandise Filling Customer refrigerator appropriately with beverages/waters Making deliveries to clients on an as needed basis Ensuring all stock is cleared from the shipping area and on the floor and backstock area by the end of the day Filling in stock as necessary Setting up and breaking down trunk shows Assisting with transfers and orders Filing alterations Learning POS system Interfacing with customers

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience working in retail

Job Requirements:

Lifting up to 30+lbs. Climbing stairs and ladders Assisting visual team with floor moves and resetting for events Saturdays are REQUIRED
