- Greet and welcome customers to the bridal boutique
- Professionally Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Provide personalized consultations and recommendations based on individual preferences and budget
- Conduct gown demonstrations to showcase the features and details of various wedding dresses
- Model gowns for social media
- Assist with fittings and alterations, ensuring a perfect fit for each bride
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including restocking inventory and arranging displays
- Process sales transactions using the POS system and cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire bridal shopping experience
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the bridal experience ```
Requirements:
```- Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bridal fashion trends and designers is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving diverse clientele
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
- Must be available to work on
