Seasonal Uniform Attendant

The Seasonal Uniform Attendant is responsible for managing and distributing clean uniforms to staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a professional appearance. This includes tasks like issuing, collecting, tracking, and inspecting uniforms. They will also maintain the uniform room and may assist with new employee fittings. This position will be July through November.

Duties:

Record Keeping:

Issuing, collecting, and tracking uniforms for each employee, ensuring correct sizes and quantities are maintained.

Customer Service:

Addressing employee concerns and requests related to uniforms.

Communication:

Communicating uniform needs and issues to management.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments to ensure uniform standards are met.

Uniform Room Maintenance:

Keeping the uniform storage area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Coordinate organized and professional pick-up and delivery services with external laundry vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills: Ability to interact professionally with staff and management and outside cleaning companies.

Attention to detail:

Essential for inventory management, quality control, and record keeping.

Organizational skills:

Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Physical stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and potentially lift heavy items.

Problem-solving skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to uniforms.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
