Candidates must have some customer service experience, knowledge of Microsoft excel and word, and positive phone manners. A background in theatre is a plus! The duties of a Box Office Associate are as follows: answering phones, selling tickets, answering questions about shows and the theatre, providing a positive experience to patrons, and other general administrative duties.
