The Seasonal Uniform Distribution Attendant will be responsible for distributing uniforms to the Radio City Music Hall employees. This position will be responsible for receiving uniforms from the cleaners, scanning the garments into inventory and putting all items away in a well-organized fashion. This position also requires using our in-house inventory management software system which assigns garments to each individual employee. What will you do? Distribute uniform garments to employees. Receive daily delivery of uniform garments from cleaners. Scan and inventory all garments; including cleaned and new stock. Use GIMS software system to assign garments to employees and run inventory reports. Add and remove employee profiles from GIMS as instructed by Management. Assist in fitting new employees for tailored uniform garments. Install employee name labels inside assigned garments. Distribute lockers to employees. Retrieve uniform items left in employee locker rooms. Clean and Sanitize empty lockers. Organize and maintain uniform stock/inventory room. Sweep, mop and maintain the cleanliness of uniform rooms daily. Adheres to TEAM training guidelines Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site. What do you need to succeed? Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high energy type environment. Possess excellent communication skills and a personality suited for customer service and positive co-worker Special Requirements This is a seasonal position that will be scheduled for the duration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Potential to convert to part time regular role based on business needs and performance may be available. Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies This position is part-time and scheduled on an event driven basis. Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6:30am-8pm, Monday-Sunday, including holidays and mandatory events. Must be able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift.
