Job Description
## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team at The Junior League of Long Island Thrift Shop in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized work station and to handle donations as they come. ## Duties
- Sort through donated items, price, and replenish the sales floor.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Research items
- Assist in any area of the shop thats needed in down time
- EVERY THURSDAY,FRIDAY and one
SATURDAY, SUNDAY REQUIRED!
! ###Required Skills:
- Experience in second hand, antiques, and vintage retail environment is a plus
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff Join our team as an Attendant to contribute to a dynamic work environment while gaining valuable experience in the second hand industry.
