Golf Shop Associate Job Overview:

The Golf Shop Associate delivers exceptional customer service to members and guests while supporting the daily operations of the golf shop. This role assists with merchandise sales, reservations, inventory, and event preparation in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting members and guests Manage tee time reservations, check in golfers, and handle phone inquiries Process point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash accountability Perform opening and closing procedures Sell merchandise and ensure displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and periodic physical inventories Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop Support tournaments, events, and daily golf operations Coordinate with guest services and player assistants to ensure smooth course operations

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in

English Preferred Qualifications:

Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Interest in golf and hospitality

Work Requirements:
