This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement for individuals who demonstrate strong product knowledge, accuracy, and customer service skills. As a TCG Specialist, you will help process trade-ins, evaluate card conditions, manage inventory, pull online orders, and assist customers with their trading card game needs. Responsibilities Evaluate and process trading card game trade-ins Accurately assess card conditions (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) Use TCGplayer to price and research cards Pull and package customer orders Organize and maintain card inventory List and update inventory for online and in-store sales Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions Work as part of a collaborative TCG team Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Required Strong understanding of card condition standards Experience using

TCGplayer Knowledge of Magic:
