This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and teach wood burning on wood and genuine leather. As a key contributor, you will bring fresh ideas to life using your artistic skills and provide a positive customer experience, supporting the studio's mission to deliver a unique service to our patrons. Responsibilities Assist in opening and closing procedures for the studio Use our internal system to track bookings and process transactions Deliver excellent customer service to our patrons Assist in operating our Farmers Market stands Requirements Ability to work 5-6 hour shifts Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to operate a point of sale system Self motivation and the ability to operate the studio unsupervised Flexibility to cover the occasional shift as needed
