Utah Valley University is seeking a student to work as a costume shop stitcher. The Costume Shop Stitcher will assist in the construction and alteration of costumes for productions in the School of the Arts departments of Theatre, Dance, and Music. Construct and alter costumes under the direction of the Costume Shop Supervisor. Assist in the organization and maintenance of costume stock, equipment, and space. Assist with costume needs for productions in the Noorda Center including laundry, repairs, and wardrobe run crew. Must be a current UVU student. Knowledge of care, maintenance, and storage of costumes. Basic hand sewing skills. Ability to operate a sewing machine.
