McLean, VA Job Details Part-time From $13 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Customer inquiry handling Fashion styling Organizational skills Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description As a floor associate, you will begin with the basics of retail and floor work. This is to create the foundation of everyday tasks that must always be paid attention to, prioritized, and performed with excellence.
This includes:
- Placing items on the floor in appropriate racks, shelves, or cases
- Organizing and straightening racks
- Putting items for shoppers into a fitting room while they shop; keeping track of customer's items; clearing fitting rooms Examples of additional tasks that may be given:
- Waxing the racks
- Sweeping mid-day
- General small cleaning and upkeep tasks
- Participation in social media as instructed or asked by Media team, not required but highly encourage and very fun
- If you do well, there are opportunities for more responsibility as a Floor Associate.
