Residential Cleaning Technician Palmer / Wasilla / Anchorage Area, Alaska Job Overview PureMind Cleaning Solutions LLC is hiring a Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We provide luxury residential cleaning and hospitality-level home presentation services designed to create peace of mind for our clients. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work, value attention to detail, and enjoy transforming spaces into clean, refreshed, welcoming environments. This is not a commercial janitorial position. Our technicians focus on detailed residential cleaning, presentation standards, client experience, and creating thoughtfully maintained spaces. Responsibilities Residential Cleaning Services Dust trim, ceiling lines, vents, fixtures, and reachable surfaces Vacuum and mop flooring with attention to edges and detail Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Spot clean walls and high-touch surfaces Clean mirrors and interior glass Make beds and refresh spaces to client-ready standards Remove trash and maintain overall home presentation Hospitality / Vacation Rental Support (when assigned) Luxury bed styling and staging Linen turnover and laundry support Inventory replenishment and restocking Property readiness inspections Damage and maintenance reporting Guest-ready presentation standards Team Expectations Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts Follow service checklists, SOPs, and company standards Communicate professionally with clients and teammates Maintain company equipment and supplies responsibly Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working inside client homes Represent PureMind Cleaning Solutions LLC professionally at all times Qualifications Required Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail Dependable and self-motivated work ethic Preferred Residential cleaning experience Hospitality or Airbnb turnover experience Customer service experience Experience working independently or as part of a team Career Growth & Advancement At PureMind Cleaning Solutions LLC, we believe in creating long-term opportunities for team members who demonstrate reliability, quality workmanship, professionalism, leadership, and commitment to service excellence. Position Progression:

Trial Technician Introductory training and evaluation period focused on learning service standards, systems, expectations, and team fit. Entry Technician Performs assigned cleaning services with supervision while developing efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail. Junior Technician Demonstrates independence, service quality, client readiness standards, and reliable execution of recurring service expectations. Senior Technician Leads service quality, supports team training, assists with more advanced service scopes, and demonstrates leadership and accountability. Executive Technician Represents the highest level of field performance and leadership through advanced service execution, mentorship, operational support, quality oversight, and maintaining PureMind luxury service standards.
