Job Description

The Outside Golf Operations role will be responsible for the proactive maintenance and operations of the driving range, short game training area, and storage areas.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily setup and opening of the range, as well as the closing and securing of training facilities at the end of the day Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of all equipment to ensure optimal functionality Manage the clearing of the range, including the collection of golf balls Treat all students, guests, and staff with exceptional guest services Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes Other duties as assigned including staff training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School degree or equivalent Basic knowledge of golf course procedures Valid Driver s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Present a positive, professional image Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable and predictable attendance Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions Follow safety practices and recognizing hazards
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs. Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, stairs, etc. This role is considered essential and may be required to work during weather emergencies or business closures in order to meet operational requirements
