Job Description

Big Horn Rehab and Care is now under new ownership by Eduro Healthcare LLC - bringing new leadership, renewed commitment, and new career opportunities to Sheridan. Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center is searching for a Rehab Tech who loves connecting with and helping people, thrives when busy and is highly detail oriented. We are looking for a top notch candidate who would be a great complement to our team.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Answer telephone and make appointments for therapy services. Provide relevant information about clinic services. Stock inventory and supplies. Manage daily therapy scheduling. Maintain client charts, consent forms and intake forms. Manage new referrals and physician communication regarding patient care. Maintain clinic premises neat and a good working environment. Provide high-quality customer services with clients. Follow COVID sanitation practices.
Qualifications:
CNA license preferred Customer Service experience High school graduate or
Associates Skills:
Must be able to multi-task and enjoy being busy High levels of Accuracy and Attention-to-Detail High level of customer service orientation Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow through with tasks Great verbal and written communication skills High technical ability Flexible, Positive attitude Works well in a team environment Ability to learn new skills quickly
