We're seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients feel confident in their skin, takes pride in providing exceptional care, and is excited to grow within the aesthetics industry. Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality, personalized aesthetic and skincare services Conducting thorough skin consultations and recommending appropriate treatments and home-care products Ability to create and alter specialized and unique treatments patients desire Educating clients on skincare routines, treatments, and products Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Building strong, trusting relationships with clients Willingness and drive to advertise to build clientele Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments Maintaining accurate client records and following all clinic protocols Staying current with skincare products, treatments, techniques, and industry trends Supporting a positive, collaborative team environment The ideal candidate will be: Licensed as an Esthetician in the State of Alaska 2+ years experience (not required) Strong clientele following Passionate about skincare, wellness, and the medical aesthetics industry Warm, professional, and personable Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Comfortable recommending professional skincare products and treatment plans A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people Motivated to learn and grow within a small, team-oriented practiceIf you're looking for an opportunity to grow your skills, build meaningful client relationships, and be part of a welcoming medical aesthetics practice, we'd love to hear from you!
