This position combines clinical expertise with aesthetic treatments, offering an exciting opportunity to enhance patient experiences through compassionate support and advanced skincare procedures. You will work closely with medical professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations while providing personalized skincare solutions that boost confidence and well-being. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including medical history and current medications using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Prepare examination rooms and ensure all medical supplies are stocked and sterilized for daily procedures. Perform basic clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and assisting with minor procedures in dermatology setting. Conduct aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, laser therapies, and other skin rejuvenation procedures under physician supervision. Manage patient documentation accurately, including medical records, ICD coding, and treatment notes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Support administrative functions like appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification to streamline clinic operations. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or Aesthetician in dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and ICD coding for accurate documentation. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy or medication administration are preferred. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR/EHR management, and medical documentation practices. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically in diverse healthcare settings. Experience working in hospital environments or Level I/II trauma centers is advantageous; inpatient or emergency medicine experience is highly valued. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced clinic environment. Knowledge of dermatology treatments and aesthetic procedures is a plus; clinic experience in geriatrics or medical-surgical units is beneficial. Pay:
