Job Overview We're looking for a Sugarist to join our team. As a Sugarist, you'll provide professional hair removal services with precision, care, and expertise. You'll be trained in The Bare Method, our signature approach that ensures every client leaves feeling bold, confident, and radiant. Beyond technique, you'll create a welcoming experience that makes every guest feel celebrated and cared for. Responsibilities Perform professional sugaring hair removal services with precision, comfort, and efficiency  Deliver a client experience that reflects Bare & Sol's promise: expert care, quality ingredients, and radiant results  Educate clients on pre- and post-care to support healthy, glowing skin  Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times  Contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture  Uphold Bare & Sol brand standards in every interaction, ensuring consistency and excellence  Support retail and service recommendations to enhance the client experience Qualifications  Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (state requirement)  Enthusiasm for sugaring, natural beauty, and empowering others  Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent technique  Warm, professional, and client-focused demeanor  Team player with a passion for learning and growth  Previous sugaring experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Skills Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on skincare or beauty products. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Understanding of sanitation protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.

Pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
