Responsibilities:
Provide customized facial treatments, chemical peels, DMK, Procell Therapies, body scrubs, waxing, lashes, and other esthetic services tailored to each client's unique skin concerns and goals. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products to enhance their results. Maintain accurate client records, including skin analysis, treatment plans, and progress notes. Foster a calm, welcoming environment to ensure clients feel nurtured and supported. Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and advanced techniques to continuously improve services. Collaborate with other spa professionals, such as massage therapists and wellness instructors, to provide comprehensive care for clients. Ensure adherence to all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid state license as an Esthetician (Arkansas License required). Expertise in performing a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, enzyme therapies, lashes, and peels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand and meet clients' needs effectively. Genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and making a positive difference in clients' lives. Ability to maintain professionalism and client confidentiality. Prior experience in a spa or similar wellness environment is preferred but not required.
