Cleanse Modern Day Spa is growing, and we're looking for 2-3 Spa Attendants/Aestheticians to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn the Cleanse experience from the ground up while becoming an essential part of our daily operations. You'll begin in a supportive role, helping our providers deliver an exceptional guest experience while receiving hands-on training in our systems, standards, and service philosophy. This role is designed to grow with you. As you complete training and demonstrate readiness, you'll have opportunities to begin performing services and expand your responsibilities within the spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and wants a long-term career in the spa industry. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms before and after services Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest Assist estheticians and massage therapists throughout the day Restock products, linens, and supplies Maintain beautiful treatment rooms and relaxation spaces Help with laundry and spa organization Support retail merchandising and inventory Assist with special events and daily operations Train to perform services as skills and confidence develop We're Looking For Someone Who Is Positive and dependable Detail-oriented Self-motivated and eager to learn Passionate about skincare and wellness Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A true team player who enjoys helping others succeed Customer service oriented Required Qualifications Arizona Esthetician License or currently enrolled in esthetics school with a graduation date in the next 1-2 months.
