Bonus Opportunities Commission Pay Tips Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including dermabrasion, cryosculpting, aesthetic laser treatments, and facial services. Manage client consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatment plans. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards. Utilize salon software such as Boulevard for scheduling, record-keeping, and client management. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail sales. Assist with front desk duties including guest services, appointment bookings, and retail product upselling, only as needed. Stay current with industry trends in management, med spa procedures, and hospitality practices to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Support the team with retail sales efforts by upselling products that complement treatments. Qualifications Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required; additional certification in laser treatments preferred. Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, and other advanced aesthetic procedures. Strong management skills with familiarity using salon software such as Boulevard. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare options and products effectively. Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon setting. Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques. Previous med spa experience or background in hospitality is advantageous. Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
