Responsibilities Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and skincare treatments within your scope of practice Create customized treatment plans for clients Educate clients on skincare and home care recommendations Recommend professional skincare products when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, luxury treatment environment Build and maintain your own clientele Participate in content creation and marketing opportunities (optional but highly encouraged) Continue learning and expanding your skills through ongoing education Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible schedule — you create your own availability Commission-based compensation with strong earning potential Luxury treatment room provided Professional marketing support Ongoing education and advanced training opportunities While we do not guarantee a full schedule, we provide the environment, brand recognition, education, and support to help motivated providers successfully build one.
