The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience by offering personalized skincare solutions, performing various aesthetic treatments, and promoting our services effectively. Duties Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs. Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including facials, Hydrafacials, microneedling, and chemical peels. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments. Skills Strong retail sales skills with the ability to effectively upsell services and products. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends in the med spa industry. Must be trained and certified in Hydrafacial and microneedling.
