This is a unique opportunity for someone who doesn't simply want to inherit a schedule, but is excited about helping build a thriving medspa alongside a plastic surgery practice with an established patient base.

We want to be upfront:

our aesthetic services are in a rebuilding and growth phase, so the position will begin part-time and the schedule will take time to build. We are looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity—not a drawback. The right person will be energetic, entrepreneurial, comfortable promoting their services, and excited about growing their own clientele as well as caring for patients referred through the practice. As the medspa grows, our goal is for this position and schedule to grow with it.

Initial Schedule Monday:

9:00 AM-5:00

PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM-5:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM-2:00 PM Approximately 21 hours per week initially, with the potential for additional hours as patient volume grows.

Compensation:

$18/hour plus commission 20% commission on aesthetic services provided to patients generated through the practice 30% commission on aesthetic services provided to new patients personally brought into the practice by the aesthetician 10% retail commission on products sold Tips are in addition to compensation. Current Aesthetic Services Our aesthetic services currently include: Customized facials HydraFacial RF microneedling Microneedling PRX Derm Perfexion Chemical peels Our aesthetic service menu will continue to expand as the medspa grows. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Currently licensed as an aesthetician in Arizona Currently certified in Arizona to perform cosmetic laser treatments Experienced in medical aesthetics and skincare Confident performing aesthetic consultations and recommending treatment plans Comfortable educating patients and recommending appropriate skincare products and services Warm, polished, professional and highly patient-focused Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently Interested in building long-term relationships with patients and encouraging appropriate rebooking Excited about helping grow a medical aesthetics business rather than simply maintaining an existing book Social Media & Practice Growth This role includes more than performing treatments. Our aesthetician will actively participate in growing and marketing the medspa, including: Creating and appearing in social media content Highlighting treatments, services and skincare education Capturing appropriate before-and-after and treatment content Helping develop promotions and seasonal treatment campaigns Following up with patients and encouraging rebooking Building relationships within the existing practice patient base Developing and growing their own clientele You do not need to arrive with a full book of clients, but you should be comfortable promoting yourself and the services you provide. About the Practice Peoria Cosmetic Surgery is an established physician-owned cosmetic surgery and aesthetics practice in Peoria, Arizona, led by a double board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon. We are entering an exciting new phase of growth for our medical aesthetics services and are looking for the right aesthetician to help shape that growth.
