Responsibilities Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser skin treatments with precision and care. Deliver spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, deep tissue massage, and other relaxation therapies to promote client well-being. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas to ensure client safety and comfort. Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and aesthetic treatments to meet individual client needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and advanced esthetic techniques to continually enhance service quality. Experience Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, or laser treatments. Knowledge of spa services including waxing (body waxing), deep tissue massage, and other aesthetic therapies. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment. Experience in retail sales or product recommendations is a plus. Cosmetology or esthetician certification/license required; additional training in laser treatments or advanced esthetic procedures is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients about their aesthetic goals and treatment options.
