We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Spa Therapist to lead our spa team and elevate the client experience through expert massage therapy and exceptional customer service. Duties Perform treatment protocols, and client consultations to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs and health conditions Perform advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific pain points and promote relaxation Educate clients on post-treatment care, occupational health considerations, and wellness strategies for ongoing health benefits Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes using medical terminology and physiology knowledge Ensure strict adherence to health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols across all treatments Experience Proven experience as a spa therapist with expertise in scalp and body massage.
