Position Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician with at least 1 year experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

in providing high-quality skincare treatments in a medical spa or clinical setting especially Facial Treatments.

Responsibilities:

Perform customized Facials and advanced skincare treatments Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Educate clients on treatment options, realistic outcomes, risks, and aftercare Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Uphold all medical protocols and safety standards — always Build genuine, lasting client relationships Assist in promoting services Contribute to a professional, welcoming clinic environment

Required Qualifications:

Active State Aesthetician License in the State of California Minimum 1 year experience (Medspa Experience preferred) Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and medical-grade skincare lines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished presence with a warm, positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced aesthetic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with laser treatments, microneedling, or medical-grade skincare and other advanced treatments Laser certification, Hydrafacial certification A background in aesthetics sales or retail Familiarity with EMR systems
