Duties Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Perform skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and products tailored to each client's needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients and staff. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document treatments, medical records, and client preferences. Conduct makeup applications, hair threading, and other aesthetic treatments to meet client expectations. Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and treatments that align with clients' goals. Qualifications Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Experience in tattooing is a plus but not required; strong skills in body art are welcomed. Proficiency in sanitation procedures, infection control, and maintaining a sterile environment. Knowledge of color theory, anatomy, and skin physiology to deliver effective treatments. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment equipment, hydrafacial and dermabrasion techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently and accurately document client information. Additional skills such as medical records management, makeup application, hair threading, or eyelash extension application are highly desirable.
