• Part-time Skin Aegis is a results-driven facial studio rooted in Korean methodology and refined with clinical skincare.

Our treatments are intentional, unhurried, and designed to improve skin over time — not just for the moment. We are currently expanding into a brand new luxury studio in Calabasas, and are looking for the right esthetician to grow with us. This is not a high-volume spa. We are building a space where both the client and practitioner can slow down, focus, and deliver meaningful results. We prioritize collaboration, thoughtful care, client relationships and an elevated standard in everything we do. About the role:

You will be responsible for delivering fully customized facial treatments, guiding clients through their skin journey, and maintaining a consistent, curated experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the founder to support the day-to-day flow of the studio and contribute to maintaining the standard of Skin Aegis as it grows. This role requires both technical skill and presence. How you move, how you communicate, and how you hold space matters here.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced, customized facials based on individual skin conditions.
• Confidently perform extractions, facial massage, chemical peels and corrective treatments.
• Build long-term client relationships through education and trust.
• Recommend skincare thoughtfully (not aggressively) using a personalized approach by understanding clients skin.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and organized treatment environment.
• Support daily studio operations and uphold brand standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed esthetician in California
• 2+ years hands-on experience preferred
• training to adapt to the Skin Aegis brand and protocol will be provided.
• Strong understanding of skin health, acne, and corrective skincare. A knowledge of skin care ingredients is a must.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard of work
• Strong communication and client relation management.
• Knowledge of Korean skincare & Korean facial protocols would be favored.

Compensation:

Hourly + commission + tips (based on experience)

Location:

Calabasas (primary location). On rare occasions, support at our West Hollywood studio may be requested.
