Our new Calabasas location is seeking a licensed esthetician to join Skin Aegis as a Lash Specialist. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and genuinely wants to grow with the business. You'll provide exceptional services, manage and support our team, and help oversee daily studio operations. About the role:

Part time, lash specialist. You'll oversee and manage all clients for lash lifts + tints in our Calabasas studio.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lash lifts and tints with precision, tailoring each treatment to the client's natural lashes and desired result.
• Conduct consultations, assess treatment suitability, and explain aftercare.
• Deliver a welcoming, attentive experience from consultation through checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and follow sanitation standards and product protocols.
• Document treatments, manage service supplies, and support rebooking.
• Work collaboratively with our esthetics team and contribute to studio growth.
• Assist with treatment photos and social content with client consent.

Requirements:

• An active California esthetician or cosmetology license.
• Hands-on experience performing lash lifts and tints; Korean lash lift training extremely preferred.
• A portfolio of your lash work would be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent treatment results.
• A reliable, professional approach and clear communication skills.

Compensation:

Hourly + commission + tips (based on experience)
