You'll perform customized facials and peels, recommend skincare regimens, and educate clients on our premium products and services. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about skin health, patient experiences, and building long-term clients. •Existing clientele and social media presence are a plus. Responsibilities Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including: Hydrafacial Diamond Glow Dermaplaning Customized facials Prepare patients for provider treatments: Cleansing Skin prep Numbing assistance Pre/post-treatment support Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and product recommendations Support providers during injectable and laser appointments as needed Maintain treatment room cleanliness, inventory, and clinical standards Assist in creating a luxury, welcoming, and elevated patient experience Participate in practice growth initiatives, social media content, and client retention efforts Qualifications Active California Esthetician License required Experience in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology/plastic surgery environment preferred Hydrafacial experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Professional appearance and luxury hospitality mindset Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative clinical team Growth-minded, dependable, proactive, and coachable Preferred Experience Medical-grade skincare sales Hydrafacial Diamond Glow Experience supporting injectors or laser providers Familiarity with EMR/scheduling software
