$23 an hour plus 5% commission on eligible sales About Trim Clinics Trim Clinics is a growing health, wellness, and body-contouring practice committed to providing exceptional care, personalized treatment plans, and a consistently positive patient experience. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Body Contouring Specialist, Licensed Esthetician, or Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys performing hands-on treatments, helping patients work toward their body goals, conducting consultations, and educating patients about appropriate services and treatment packages. Candidates with experience in body contouring, massage therapy, esthetics, medical spas, wellness clinics, or consultative sales are encouraged to apply. Position Responsibilities Perform Cryo T-Shock and other approved noninvasive body-contouring treatments Perform approved hands-on and manual treatments within the scope of your license, certification, training, and applicable state law Conduct patient consultations and body-contouring assessments Discuss each patient's goals, areas of concern, treatment options, and recommended treatment plan Explain how treatments work, what patients can expect, and how to prepare for and care for themselves after treatment Recommend appropriate services, treatment packages, and maintenance plans Support clinic goals through patient education and ethical, needs-based sales Maintain knowledge of current services, packages, memberships, and promotions Take measurements and progress photos when required and authorized Accurately document consultations, treatment settings, patient responses, and progress Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout each appointment Identify possible treatment contraindications and refer questions or concerns to the appropriate clinical provider Prepare, clean, disinfect, and reset treatment rooms and equipment Follow all treatment protocols, sanitation requirements, safety procedures, and patient privacy policies Provide a welcoming, professional, and high-quality patient experience Assist with scheduling, patient follow-up, check-in, and check-out when needed Participate in required training, clinic meetings, promotional events, and Cryo events Work collaboratively with providers, front-office staff, and clinic leadership Help maintain a clean, organized, and high-end clinic environment Qualifications Applicants should meet at least one of the following qualifications: Licensed esthetician Qualified massage therapist with any license or certification required by the state or local jurisdiction Experienced body-contouring specialist with relevant professional training or certification Additional qualifications include: Body-contouring, massage therapy, esthetics, wellness, or medical-spa experience is preferred Cryo T-Shock experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Comfortable performing hands-on and manual body treatments Confident conducting consultations and discussing treatment recommendations Comfortable presenting treatment packages and asking for the sale Strong communication, customer-service, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Able to learn new treatments, equipment, protocols, and computer systems Committed to accurate documentation and consistent patient care Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment Available to work assigned clinic hours, including occasional Fridays, Saturdays, or special events as needed Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience 5% commission on eligible sales Training on approved body-contouring treatments and equipment Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on eligible services and products Opportunities for professional development and advancement Employee discounts on GLP's and body contouring treatments.
