In this vibrant role, you'll provide expert esthetic treatments, including facials, hydrafacials, peels, etc, all while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your energetic approach will help educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations, ensuring they leave feeling confident and cared for. Additionally, you'll manage front desk operations with enthusiasm, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling retail sales to enhance their experience. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your esthetic skills while delivering top-tier customer service in a lively, supportive setting. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, hydrafacials, peels, etc precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products through engaging product demos and consultations Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sterilization procedures Manage front desk duties including greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments efficiently, and processing payments accurately Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and offering personalized recommendations to enhance client satisfaction Support clients with additional services to elevate their overall experience Schedule will be Tue/Thur and rotating Saturdays 10am-6:30pm. Location is currently in Santa Ana near South Coast Plaza but will be relocating to Cypress within a few months. Experience Valid cosmetology license with specialization in esthetics from an accredited program Proven experience performing advanced skincare treatments such as peels, etc Strong knowledge of skincare products and the ability to demonstrate their benefits effectively Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and explain treatment options clearly Experience in retail sales and product demonstrations preferred Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean treatment environment Join us if you're passionate about helping clients look and feel their best!
