In this role, you will provide personalized facial/Scalp services, advanced skin care therapies, and a variety of spa treatments designed to enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a relaxing, rejuvenating experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed and radiant. We are committed to fostering a positive environment where your skills in skincare, esthetic treatments, and customer service can truly shine. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of facial treatments including deep cleansing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments to address diverse skin concerns. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and treatment areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld. Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of skincare products to support retail sales efforts. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized treatment plans, and ensure a relaxing experience from start to finish. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications to continually improve service quality. Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience in skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Familiarity with spa services such as scalp therapy and massage therapy is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Experience in retail sales of skincare products is preferred to support client education and product recommendations. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while providing an engaging client experience.
