About Us Desert Med Aesthetics is an established aesthetic medicine practice in Indian Wells, CA, led by Founder and Medical Director Dr. Doriana Cosgrove. Joining Dr. Cosgrove's team offers the opportunity to learn directly from an injector with more than 20 years of experience. You'll receive hands-on mentorship, advanced clinical insight, and the opportunity to continue developing your skills in a highly experienced aesthetic practice. What You'll Do Administer neuromodulators including Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, and IV therapy under established clinical protocols Perform laser and energy-based treatments Conduct consultations and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans Maintain accurate and thorough EMR documentation Build and retain your patient base through excellent outcomes, referrals, patient reviews, community outreach, and social media Cross-refer patients appropriately to our physician and aesthetic providers Participate in practice growth initiatives and performance metrics What You Bring Active California NP or PA-C license in good standing 1-3+ years of aesthetic injectable and/or laser experience Strong consultation and patient-conversion skills Excellent communication and follow-up Commitment to patient safety and natural, high-quality outcomes Comfortable working in a structured, collaborative, metrics-driven practice Compensation & Schedule Part-time or full-time considered $50-$55/hour base, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Expected hours: 24-40 per week Opportunity for increased earnings as your patient base and production grow Full-Time Benefits Medical insurance 401(k) with 4% employer match after 1,000 hours Paid holidays and PTO Employee discounts on treatments and products Why Indian Wells Indian Wells offers an exceptional quality of life with warm weather, beautiful desert surroundings, world-class dining, golf and tennis, easy access to Palm Springs International Airport, and significantly shorter commutes than Los Angeles or San Diego.
