What We Expect Active California license in good standing Clean malpractice and licensing history Punctuality and follow-through (patients book in advance and we honor that) Respect for the whole team: front desk, estheticians, fellow practitioners, management A real point of view on aesthetic outcomes, and the humility to keep learning Schedule Full-time preferred, 3•5 days, with one•two Saturday rotations per month. Reasonable hours. Real lunch breaks. No 8 PM consults. We read every submission and respond to everyone, including no's. The first call is 20 minutes. Second is in person with a working consult. If it's a fit, you'll know inside two weeks.
