Job Description
Lead Esthetician - Founding Team | High-End Medical Spa Rejuven8 Med Spa is a brand-new luxury medical spa opening in early June, designed with intention, sophistication, and an elevated client experience at its core. We are looking for a driven, polished Esthetician to join our founding team, someone who wants more than just clocking in and performing treatments, but to grow with a high-end brand from day one. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to be part of building something special, with strong long-term growth and income potential. For the right candidate, this role offers excellent earning potential through performance, client relationships, and product and package sales. Position Details $20/hour during training period (approx. first 30 days) Transition to $22-25/hour + additional earning potential after training High commissions Bonuses Full-time position / Part time position We begin with a 2-4 week paid training and onboarding period , followed by a full-time schedule. Additional earning opportunities are available through performance-based incentives, retail sales, and client engagement. What You'll Do Perform customized, results-driven facial treatments Conduct in-depth skin consultations and design treatment plans Recommend and sell premium skincare products and treatment packages Build long-term client relationships and retention Deliver a luxury-level guest experience Maintain exceptional sanitation and treatment standards Contribute to brand growth and client acquisition Compensation & Growth Potential Competitive hourly base pay High Commission on retail and treatment package sales Performance-based income growth and bonuses Tips Opportunity to grow into senior or leadership roles Potential to grow with future locations as the brand expands This role is designed for an esthetician who understands that income grows with performance, consistency, and client experience . Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) The following experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right motivated candidate: 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa environment (in addition to day spa experience) Strong comfort with retail sales, package recommendations, and upselling Familiarity with EMR systems or digital client charting platforms Additional language skills (Spanish or Hebrew) Experience with: Chemical Peels HydraFacial Dermaplaning LED Light Therapy Body Contouring Candidates with experience in these areas may have expanded earning potential and growth opportunities within the company.
