Licensed Esthetician

An esthetician provides services focused on skin care including, but not limited to, skin treatments and facials.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Evaluate a customer's skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments. Recommend skincare products to customers, including lotions, facial washes and moisturizer. Complete facials with the intention of moisturizing and cleaning. Maintain beauty and skincare tools. Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and moisturizing, tailored to each client's specific skincare needs. Administer advanced facial treatments such as Hydra Facials with precision and care. Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations to promote skin health and longevity. Uphold high standards of customer service by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients throughout their visit. Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members, including estheticians, receptionists, and managers, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and compliant work environment. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Esthetician license is required. 1-5 years experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at the workstation. Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds at times. Must be able to regularly travel throughout the location.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
