Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team at Éclat Aesthetics. In this role, you'll provide exceptional skincare treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence, working alongside our nurse practitioner and medical director in a refined, medically integrated setting. Your expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for each client will ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Responsibilities Perform facials, HydraFacial treatments, chemical peels, and other skincare services tailored to each client's needs Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations, using your knowledge of skin types, conditions, and color theory to tailor treatment plans Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain treatment options, and provide clear aftercare instructions Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend appropriate home-care and retail products to support their results Maintain accurate client treatment records Uphold strict sanitation, sterilization, and infection-control protocols Collaborate with the NP and medical director on integrated treatment plans (e.g., pairing esthetic services with injectables) Help build client loyalty through excellent service, follow-up care, and retail engagement Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room Qualifications Active California Esthetician License in good standing Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting preferred Hands-on experience with HydraFacial and chemical peel protocols strongly preferred Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skin types, conditions, and contraindications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for client education Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new techniques and treatments Professional, polished demeanor with a client-first mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced practice Join us in helping clients feel confident and radiant
