Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction and build trust. Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products and aesthetic devices that complement treatments and enhance client results. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations. Proven experience in providing skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect effectively with diverse clients. Ability to maintain strict sanitation standards while delivering professional aesthetic treatments. Demonstrated sales skills for retail product demos and promoting additional services to clients.
