Our mission is to become a leading corrective skincare clinic in the East Bay while creating an environment where estheticians can build successful, long-term careers. We specialize in acne, pigmentation, corrective treatments, and personalized skin health plans. We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, enjoys building relationships with clients, and wants to continue developing their skills in corrective skincare. Corrective skincare experience is a plus, but not required. We provide structured, paid training for the right esthetician who is coachable, motivated, professional, and excited to learn. About the Position This is more than a traditional facial position. As part of our team, you will learn how to assess skin concerns, create customized treatment plans, educate clients on professional homecare, track client progress, and build long-term relationships that support real skin transformations. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about client results and wants to build a strong, loyal clientele. Schedule This position is approximately 30-32 hours per week across 4 days. Our greatest current need is for evening and weekend availability.
Typical shifts may include:
Weekday closing shifts: approximately 11:30 AM-7:30
PM Saturdays:
approximately 9:30 AM-5:30 PM Approximately 4 working days per week Some Monday availability may be needed based on clinic scheduling Exact days and schedule will be discussed during the interview process. Saturday and evening availability are required for this position. Key Responsibilities Perform customized corrective facials and advanced skincare treatments Perform services such as acne treatments, chemical peels, HydraFacials, LED therapy, dermaplaning, and other corrective services Conduct detailed skin consultations Create customized treatment and homecare plans based on individual client needs Educate clients on skin health, professional skincare, and treatment expectations Recommend appropriate professional skincare products and services Track client progress through photos, treatment documentation, and detailed client notes Build strong, professional relationships with clients Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up Maintain strong client prebooking and retention standards Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and organization Participate in paid training, team meetings, and continuing education Follow AC Esthetics & Wellness treatment protocols and client-experience standards
What We're Looking For Required:
Active California Esthetician License Strong communication and client-service skills Evening availability Saturday availability Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable educating clients about skincare and treatment recommendations Coachable and open to feedback Passionate about learning and improving your skills Genuine interest in corrective skincare and long-term client results Preferred, but not required: 1+ year of hands-on esthetics experience Experience working with acne or pigmentation Experience with chemical peels, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, or corrective treatments Face Reality certification or acne training Experience recommending professional skincare/homecare Bilingual English/Spanish Newer licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply.
