In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare solutions, and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in advanced skincare techniques and commitment to client satisfaction will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body contouring, and skin treatments using state-of-the-art equipment. Apply aesthetic treatments like facials, laser therapy, dermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation techniques to improve skin health and appearance. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results. Maintain accurate records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations. Uphold sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and proper sterilization practices to guarantee a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored treatment plans that foster trust and loyalty. Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Valid state license as a Licensed Esthetician with certification Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as facials, body contouring, laser and skin treatments. Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to facial treatments and skin health management. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly approach that builds rapport and trust. Familiarity with esthetic laser devices, hair threading techniques, and other aesthetic treatments is preferred.
