The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for performing various esthetic services while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services, including facials and body treatments. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace to ensure client safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records. Engage in sales of products and services to enhance client satisfaction. Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Requirements Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality services. A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on current trends. Previous experience in sales and customer service is highly desirable.
